When is the sale?
The limited-time sale begins on Friday, November 1 at 9:00 AM PT and ends on Tuesday, December 3 at 11:59 PM PT, or while supplies last.

Will there be a limit to how many of a certain product customers can purchase during this sale?
To ensure fair access for everyone, and because existing inventory is limited, customers will be limited to 10 units per SKU during the sale period.
Will returns be accepted?
All products purchased during the sale are final, and we’re unable to process returns or exchanges – thank you for understanding.

What is the expected shipping time frame for US and Canadian orders?
Orders shipped with Standard Ground delivery typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
